Nutrition coaching sessions are completely virtual. Everyone should have the opportunity to be able to eat better and become the best version of yourself, no matter where you live.

First Consultation

In our initial consultation, which typically lasts about 60 minutes,  I will spend the time getting to know your unique needs, concerns, and daily lifestyle including physical activity. We will explore your relationship with food and your body, in order to develop an individualized plan that is in-line with your wellness vision. During the initial consult, be prepared to discuss the following in detail:

  • Past medical history

  • Knowledge & beliefs of food

  • Food allergies/intolerances, dietary restrictions

  • Your current dietary patterns and what drives these habits

  • Medications/recent lab work, if applicable

  • Weight history

  • Any other information about your lifestyle and regular habits

  • Your goals and aspirations –what does the best version of yourself look like?

This information serves as the foundation for your plan and long term goals.
