Pre-Wedding 6 Week Program

The Bridal Plan is designed to nourish yourself so you’ll feel “strong and vibrant” on your big day. I work with clients to cultivate a healthy glow from the inside out by adopting a thoughtful, measured wellness regimen that fits seamlessly into their everyday lives. This is not a time when you should use fad diets, quick-fix plans, or celebrity-endorsed routines. Your wedding day will be one of the most important days of your life. Skip the very-low-calorie diets. Lets create an individualized nutrition plan to boost your health by eating well, so you walk down the aisle with a confident, radiant glow on your special day!

You can start this pre-wedding plan as early as you’d like, but at least six weeks prior is recommended for best results.

  • Feel Radiant: When you add fruits, veggies, complex carbohydrates, healthy filling fats and lean proteins to your diet, you provide essential nutrients for healthier skin and hair.

  • Nutrition Evaluation: Look into added sugars to evaluate areas to decrease and eliminate anything unnecessary that could lead to cravings and blood sugar spikes/drops, and those that could mess with digestion and clear skin. 

  • Decrease Stress: With this plan, you eat plenty of food. Simplify grocery shopping. Skip the juice diet — you’re going to spend your day shopping for odd foods, measuring portions, and biding your time between mini-meals that leave you hungry!

  • Gain Long Term Health Benefits: Developing healthier alternatives will maximize your health before your wedding, and you might just find that it’s a plan you can stick to for life.
